Position Summary
To serve our internal customer by ensuring all Warehouse Inventory is counted and reconciled accurately and maintained according to established company standards.
Essential Functions
- Counts inventory and reconciles warehouse stock status daily; compares Warehouse Inventory reports, truck inventories and sales reports daily and generates recounts of product to resolve discrepancies and locates variances.
- Enters all shipping and receiving invoices, products stored in the warehouse and all damaged and out of date products into company database for inventory and tracking purposes.
- Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise or supplies and computes inventory balance, price and cost.
- Stocks and issues materials and merchandise.
- Adheres to all company policies, standards, procedures (e.g. OSHA and safety requirements, Federal/State/Local Laws).
- Communicates with other employees and customers regarding requests for information; management team regarding any problems or issues (e.g. employee and customer concerns, reporting issues).
- Completes time-off requests, inventory balance reports, price lists and shortages and other required paperwork according to established standards.
- Maintains confidentiality of inventory levels, customer information, product costs, pricing information and other sensitive and confidential standards.
- Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as needed to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.
High School or GED required
Experience
1 - 3 years of inventory experience required.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of: Inventory control processes and procedures; inter-company shipping and receiving procedures; beverage industry; warehouse processes. Skill in: internal and external customer service. Ability to: work quickly, efficiently and independently; multi-task; be detail oriented; meet deadlines in a pressured situation; communicate effectively with other employees and develop good working relationships; adapt to change; solve problems; operate a computer (handheld and desktop), copier, printer; problem solve; read and write; perform basic math functions (e.g. addition, subtraction); accurately count product and reconcile stock.
