Essential Job Functions:
- Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Greet visitors, as needed
- Create memos, correspondence, and other documents
- Provide assistance at the following areas: split/loam, verification, pallet label/receiving, arrival, appointment, inventory control, report, import and swing-shift/graveyard desks
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one-three months clerical experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass drug test
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis
- Ability to work any shift
- Ability to travel independently on an occasional basis
- Maintain confidentiality
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects

- 40 WPM typing
- Ability to continue education, as necessary
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
