PAY STRUCTURE – Can earn with 100% performance an hourly equivalent of $22.58

Here is how it works:

Our base wage is $19.50 per hour. In addition to base, we offer a performance-based bonus which starts paying at 80% performance. For example, at 80% performance you earn .69 per hour more and at 100% it is $2.08 more. In addition, as an equipment operator there is another bonus premium so on top of the performance bonus at 80% you get an additional .50 and at 100% 1.00 per hour. In short at 80% performance your base equivalent is $20.69 per hour and at 100% $22.58 per hour and climbs as your performance does.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an appropriate level of understanding of distribution center operations.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards, while ensuring that all work is performed with a consistent sense of efficiency and urgency.
• Work in compliance with all company, operations, systems, and safety related policies and procedures.
• Process customer orders in the distribution center by manually selecting the correct products for the customer orders using a RF device.
• Operate equipment including reach trucks and stand-up order picker safely and efficiently.
• Able to work in high spaces.
• Validate that the correct product has been selected and is defect and damage free.
• Able to meet or exceed minimum picking requirements.
• Report any defects or damages, resolve problems with manager assistance.
• Maintain an acceptable level of attendance.
• Perform housekeeping and other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications (depending on position):

• 18 years or older.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (limited heat or air conditioning)
• Minimum of one-year experience with various equipment such as reach-trucks, hand-trucks, and forklift and maintain powered industrial equipment certification for equipment operators.
• One year of order picking with handheld and/or wrist RF scanner preferred.
• Experience with WDS, High Jump or WMS preferred.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and write legibly and to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• English language fluency preferred.
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
• Complete understanding of safety and risk management.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 6:30 am - 3pm and have the flexibility to work OT or Saturdays as needed to accommodate business spikes.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform work that involves standing, walking, and bending for a minimum of eight hours.
• Able to continuously lift to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
