Warehouse Equipment & Maintenance

Requirements:

• Possesses strong leadership, multi-tasking, and decision-making abilities
• Handle cross-shop communication and workflow
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work in non-conventional environments (outdoor work conditions, buildings, roof tops, duct work, scaffolding, etc.)
• Able to lift 25+ lbs.
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule if needed (Nights/Weekends)
• A positive, self-starter that can work with little or no supervision
• Must have a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check

Job Duties:

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed
• Instruct, assist, and train crew in best practices of equipment repair and safety
• Perform inspections of completed repairs ensuring thorough and quality work was performed
• Effectively communicate with project managers and supervisors
• Comply with company policy, safety policies, and procedural guidelines
• May be required to travel to jobsites outside of the shop
• All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
