Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 29 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential, and institutional markets.
Position Summary: We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to receive, stock, load, and distribute promptly to our customers. You will be responsible for mostly warehouse work, occasionally using your CDL Class B to deliver products to customers.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Candidate who holds a valid CDL Class B license with current DOT Medical Card
- 2-4 years experienced warehouse person
- 1-2 years exceptional customer service skills
- Able to successfully pass a Valid OSHA approved forklift certification
- Lumber yard experience a plus
- Must be highly quality-minded in all job functions
- Good oral communication, employee relations and customer service skills.
What You Will Do:
- Load and unload cabinets, countertops and various other building materials
- Deliver Product efficiently and safely to customer destination
- Check incoming product to verify material against receiving documents, noting and reporting any discrepancies or damage
- Locate and stage material for delivery by company truck or for pickup by customers
- Load and securing material in the truck in a manner that assures no damage in transit
- Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches shipping documents and that the products are in good condition
- Periodically examine stored material and report any deterioration or damage
- Maintain warehouse in a clean, orderly and safe manner
- Assist in taking inventory as required on a regular basis
- Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift extremely heavy awkward products repeatedly to store, removes from storage for fabrication, or load onto a truck 50-100 lbs with a helper
- The employee will be required to work both inside and outside in extremes of cold, heat and humidity, depending on the season and location
This role is a Safety Sensitive position, subject to routine drug screening.
