Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative/Driver is responsible for operating a Company vehicle,picking-up highly confidential materials and directly interacting professionally with key personnel and clients. This position will ensure transportation of goods from and to various destinations while ensuring safe operation and execution.

Job Description
- Loads, transports, and delivers confidential shredding containers to clients in a safe, timely manner.
- Secures loaded product as appropriate for safe transportation of goods
- Reviewing and completing required paperwork before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, changes are correct, and the customers are satisfied.
- Coordinates with personnel to facilitate unloading of shipments.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles, with and without assistance.
- Providing excellent Customer Service and answering client/customer questions.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following scheduled routes in a timely manner.
- Ensure all bins are appropriately checked-in and weighed.
- Abide by all transportation laws and always maintain a safe driving record.
- Provide reports and feedback as required.
- Complies with job site access and safety requirements
- Ability to demonstrate moral character, honesty, tact, fairness, patience, lack of prejudice and desire to help when dealing with people of varying social, cultural and economic backgrounds; creates and promotes a harmonious work environment.
- Ability to meet the demands of lifting and carrying with and without assistance.
- Ability to perform in a professional appearance and manner.
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.
- Immediately informs supervisor of any vehicle problems.
- May perform simple vehicle maintenance (i.e. cleaning interior and exterior, taking vehicle for state inspections, filling tires with air, etc.).
- Excellent attendance; punctual and dependable.
- All other duties as assigned for the successful execution and/or completion of various projects whether or not specifically assigned.
Required:
- 2+ years' driving experience.
- 2+ years' Customer Service experience in a warehouse or related capacity.
- Clean driving record.
- Maintain a clean background at all times to meet customer-contractual requirements.
- Be able to pass a drug screen.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs. with or without assistance.
Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
