SalaryTW Services, is a third party Warehouse Service Provider for Sysco. We are currently seeking for Full-Time CSR to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency. Employment would be full-time and permanent.

Position:
- Customer Service Representative
Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday
- 7:00PM to 3:30AM
- Further shift details can be addressed at interview.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Check driver in and out on a tablet
- Enter all data associated with each load
- Great Customer Service handling inbound drivers bill of ladings
- Collect payment for unloading services electronically
- Perform audits of data collection to ensure integrity
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
- MUST have computer/typing experience
- Ability to work with others and individually
- Ability to multitask required
- Advanced familiarity with computers/tablets
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail is key in this position
- Basic math skills
