This position would be a combination of warehouse associate job but combined with sales activities. Reaching out to possible customers, answering marketplace messages about our products and interacting with possible future customers.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the Company’s warehouse:
o Opening and closing the warehouse
o Helping customers load products into their vehicles
o Accounting for all inventory and monies
o Run inventory report weekly and report inconsistencies and status
o Using a forklift on site if authorized
o Organizing warehouse space
o Keeping warehouse and office clean and organized daily
o Abiding by all company safety and hygiene regulations
o Contributing ideas on ways to improving warehousing procedures
o Managing Customer Inquiries
o Answering questions through Facebook, email, other social media , and phone calls
o Tracking Sales
o Entering sales into QuickBooks
o Processing payments
o Closing QuickBooks end of day sales
o Depositing checks or cash to the bank when asked
o Making cold sales calls during downtime as assigned in HubSpot CRM
o Making follow up calls and emails from previous contacts
o Logging customer information including calls/emails within HubSpot CRM.
o Other duties as assigned
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
o High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred
o Ability to work Saturdays if needed
o Basic math skills
o Excellent communication in both verbal and writing
o Good attention to details with accurate results
o Be Organized, Self-Motivated and have a Great Attitude
o Honest, reliable, and great work ethic
o Able to lift 50lbs
o 1-2 years of warehouse experience
o PC Skills with MS Office products preferred
o QuickBooks experience preferred
o Valid Drivers license required
Pay Range:
- $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
Shift:
- 9am to 2pm m-f
- 1pm – 2pm Saturday
- working 25 hours minimum

- Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
- Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
