SalaryOur NWI Auto Supply Warehouse of Merrilville, IN is currently seeking hardworking individuals to join our team. We are taking applications for full-time associate, in a Parts Puller position.
This is a physical position in a fast pace environment.
Job Description:
A Parts Puller position is centered on accumulating customer’s daily orders, properly packaging these order up for shipments. This is a fast paced high energy position. A successful applicant will be able to be on their feet for longer periods of time with a self disciplined, high energy drive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately Pulling Customer Order
- Properly/Securely Packaging Product for Shipment into Totes and onto Pallets
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to use Hand Held Scanners
- Product inspection
- Preparing parts for various warehouse locations and Company Stores
- Lifting, stacking, wrapping and securing parts to transfer or for shipment to other locations
- The position could include long periods of standing and moderate lifting
- Must be open to learning different jobs and tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Receiving stock orders
- Stocking shelves
- Pulling part orders from warehouse shelves
- Perform other duties as requested

Schedule:
- Full time 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, Saturday rotation

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Merriville, IN 46410: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Must live within a reasonable distance of the warehouse.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 Pounds with both arms
- Pass physical & drug screen
- Warehouse experience is preferred
