We are looking for a Warehouse Associates to join our team and oversee all aspects of warehouse cleanliness, picking and packing, and organization. This may include the cleanliness of production line equipment and delivery totes. They will also support the incoming shipments by unloading, receiving, and inventory organization within the warehouse space. The job includes physical demands pertaining to unloading and loading goods from pallets and transferring them to delivery crates. This position requires high attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and organizational skills.

When You Join Our Team
- Accurately pull and pack product according to invoice and production sheets
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Shipping Coordinator and Production Team to ensure accuracy
- Assist with staging of retrieved items ensuring the accuracy of inventory being delivered
- Work at a fast and productive pace to get food packaged in a time efficient manner
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are always maintained throughout all areas of food production
- Assist with the warehouse operations as needed
- Be a team player (help in any way possible)
- Taking the initiative to get the job done, keeping the company’s objectives in mind
- Properly follows instructions from supervisors
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse including but not limited to floors, walls, racks, coolers, storage areas, outside areas, and debris pick up
- Appropriately follow food safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Your Additional Skills and Abilities
- Ability to count
- Ability to take initiative with a strong sense of job ownership
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Manages work assignments to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift, push, pull boxes, coolers, and other merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Able to use cleaning equipment such as floor cleaning machines, brooms, power washer and cleaner
