Our client, a local inventory management company in Lincoln, is seeking an inventory control specialist to join their team. As an inventory control specialist, you perform various warehouse and office duties. Successful candidates strive for accuracy, have the ability to meet deadlines, and are willing to perform a variety of tasks that will make the workday fly by.
Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Lincoln NE
Pay: 18.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Inspect condition of raw materials, verifying quantity and quality of items received.
- Receive, document, prepare, and assemble materials for distribution.
- Perform data entry and prepare bills of lading.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and perform data entry.
What’s Needed?
- 1 year of warehouse experience including forklift and pallet jack.
- Ability to speak, read (fine print), and write in English
- Basic computer skills and proficient data entry
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
