The Warehouse & Supply Chain Associate is responsible to support theshipping, receiving, logistics, supply delivery, inventory control, and overall support of the carwash site locations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Shipping and Receiving:

• Coordinate and perform shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition, escalating any discrepancies with supervisor.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, adhering to shipping regulations and customer requirements.
• Assist carriers as needed to coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.

2. Supply Delivery:

• Coordinate the delivery of supplies, equipment, and inventory to the carwash site locations.
• Plan and conduct deliveries based on site requirements, ensuring that all locations receive the necessary supplies in a timely manner.
• Communicate and coordinate with site managers to address any delivery issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Capable of handling the physical aspects of lifting and moving objects, use of material handling devices such as; lifts, pallet jacks, carts, dollies, etc…

3. Inventory Control:

• Follow and assist in development of inventory control procedures, including regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and identifying discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with site managers and Supply Chain team members to coordinate stock replenishment and manage stock rotations.

4. Site Support:

• Provide support to the carwash site locations, addressing their Supply Chain needs and resolving any operational issues related to warehousing or inventory.
• New and acquisition site launch support as needed to start-up and aide in the installation of the equipment, signage, furniture, systems, and implementation of standardized processes.
• Collaborate with site managers, supervisor, and Supply Chain team members to ensure smooth operations and optimize overall efficiency.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior associates, providing guidance and support in Warehouse and Supply Chain activities / procedures.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and ability to safely drive various delivery vehicles.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office computer programs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Can safely, and without restriction, lift and carry objects weighing 50-100 pounds
• Has the capacity to work occasionally in poor weather conditions including, for example, heat, cold, rain, or snow
