We are looking for dedicated employees to join the TSE team as a shipper, puller or stocker.

Available Shifts: Mon-Fri 5am-2pm; Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm; Sat-Wed 7am-4pm & 5am-2pm

PAY: $16-$17/hr (Shift determines starting pay)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently works within busy shipping & order pulling departments
• Utilize RF scanners to locate & pick products from designated locations in the warehouse
• Ensure accuracy and quality control by verifying product codes & quantities
• Picks and packs orders while maintaining department schedule
• Effectively uses organization systems and warehouse technology to locate and gather stock
• Creates shipping labels and handles shipping information
• Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer issues that pop up regularly; works to solve these administrative or organizational problems to increase warehouse and dispatch efficiency
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business

Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of (1) year in warehouse experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.

Work Environment:

This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
