Job Description
- Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process.
- Prepare for auction pickup by down stacking pallets and organizing items accordingly.
- Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items.
- Perform customer checkout procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items.
- Stay informed and adhere to the company policies and procedures.
- Friendly and helpful.
- Willingness to engage with customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

- Willingness to learn new things.
- Adaptability to change.
- Technological literacy - Experience using an IOS device (iPad) is a plus but not required training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment – non-temperature-controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
