Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize purchase orders when obtaining parts and equipment.
- Ensure techs are provided replenishment parts utilizing tech bin system and be contact person for technicians in the warehouse.
- Ensure job materials and equipment are staged for the Installation team for pending install jobs.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained appropriately and make replenishment orders with specified vendors.
- Communicate with Sales Team and Install Team on product availability, both inventoried and special-order product or equipment.
- Assist the accounting department with physical inventory counts on vans & warehouse as needed.
- Process necessary inventory transactions/adjustments in accounting system.
- Ensure that warranty part paperwork is turned in to warranty coordinator in a timely manner.
- Keep the warehouse area neat, clean, and safe, including the outdoor area surrounding the building.
- Ensure efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to technicians and installers utilizing runners & other means.
- Make transfer runs on an as needed basis for parts, paperwork & equipment.
- Assist Branch Operations Manager on large projects such as bar coding, inventory analysis, and warehouse management.
- Follow up with internal team on open purchase orders as well as vendors to ensure purchase orders are invoiced/closed out on a timely basis.
- Assist with follow-up with vendors related to back orders of inventory to ensure the inventory Is received on time or is being sourced by another vendor.
- Place daily replenishment orders to keep necessary inventory in stock when needed.
- Makes sure all orders are placed with vendors that provide the best price and availability.
- Lead by example in all things while maintaining a positive attitude and working environment.
- Use Forklift & hand trucks to unload trucks & deliveries.
- Work with Branch Operations Manager for any facility maintenance related items.
- Keep doorways & walkways free of ice and snow.
- All other duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current driver’s license and maintain insurability by Vredevoogd carrier.
- Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings.
- Ability to pass national background check.
- Strong oral and reading skills.
- Capability to work in Michigan environmental conditions.
- Strong commitment to world class customer service.
- Strong multi-tasking skills; phone, computer, and people skills.

- High school diploma or GED
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in and out of box trucks & vans.
- Ability to climb ladders of all kinds and work on the roof of a house.
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week as necessary hours to meet specific organizational requirements.
Working Environment:
- Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer or mobile device.
- Warehouse, Sheet Metal Production, Service Center & Field Operations environment with moderate noise level
- Dress code – uniforms are provided and shall be worn in accordance with Immediate Impact Image policy.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and climb in and out of box trucks.
- Ability to be flexible and effectively handle change.
- Ability to utilize technology for invoicing and internal/external communication.
- Ability to work necessary hours to meet specific organizational requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
