The Opportunity
Within Aeroflow, the Mom & Baby team is comprised of several areas of Warehouse and Distribution processes.
As a team member your focus will include knowing and carrying out the details of processes of all areas within the Warehouse/Distribution facility. In maintaining such details our customers receive correct prescriptions and much needed orders. Our team ships orders within 24 to 48 hours to our mothers.
Warehouse Associate is typically responsible for
All aspects of the warehouse operation, receiving, stocking, inventory control, mailing, processing return items, cleaning equipment, warehouse housekeeping, transferring supplies. Must be able to take ownership of jobs and complete without continual instruction. Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality. Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.

- Maintaining an accurate fast-paced work ethic
- Developing an acute awareness of product location and knowledge
- Possessing good communication skills
Required Qualifications
- Stand for long periods of time
- Need to be mechanically inclined.
- Able to switch between different jobs daily.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Bending, reaching, lifting, etc. throughout the day.
