Currently, they are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting the companys ability to deliver high-quality services to its clients.
Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities
- Prepare order pick-lists and handle shipments, including those over 150 pounds.
- Utilize UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager platforms for shipment preparations.
- Set up freight shipments with carriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Receive incoming small packages and truck freight shipments meticulously.
- Operate and maintain forklifts, with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
- Conduct weekly office and warehouse clean-up tasks to maintain an orderly environment.
- High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Positive can-do attitude and an exemplary attendance record.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a criminal background check successfully.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Works Suite (Outlook/Word) is essential.
