Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing material handling functions to supply production materials, bottling production supplies, and fulfillment of orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Level 1 - Warehouse Associate
- Can perform all key aspects of the position proficiently:
- Follows established safety procedures for warehouse and shipping areas and equipment.
- Performs cleaning and sanitation of warehouse facility and completes cleaning logs according to schedule
- Properly packs and ships small parcel/freight orders
- Loads orders for shipping on proper trailers, unloads incoming orders for receiving tasks.
- Able to operate pallet jacks (both manual and electric)
- Participates in physical inventory counting tasks as needed
- Uses Product transfer log to request product to be picked from a warehouse location.
Job Level 2 - Warehouse Associate 2
- Skills from Level 1 AND:
- Perform all key aspects of the position at an advanced level:
- Certified to operate forklift equipment, including reach truck and VNA proficiently, including safety inspections and record keeping.
- Achieves efficiency goals while performing work duties
- Able to troubleshoot and report/resolve inventory issues or other warehouse discrepancies at an advanced level
- Conducts physical inventory counts and digital transfers of materials to locations, including trucks, maintains accurate logs and completes data entry in IFS.
- Advanced user in company ERP/inventory system
Job Level 3 - Warehouse Associate 3
- Skills from Level 1, Level 2, AND:
- Perform all key aspects of the position at an expert level:
- Certified CDL B license with HazMat endorsement
- Certified trainer can conduct training on all job aspects
- Exceeds efficiency goals while performing work duties
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues or other warehouse discrepancies at an expert level
- Leads and coordinates weekly inventory levels of critical items (i.e. bottles, bottle caps, syringes, corrugated, and related packaging materials for Fulfillment and Bottling
- Leads and develops systems and processes as a team facilitator and liaison for cross-functional communication
Pay range $18.00 - $20.50 per hour

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Forklifts, Stand-up lifts, Power Jacks, Scissor Lifts experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of a warehouse and its equipment, operations and scales.
- Ability to come in early and or stay later than scheduled shift to accommodate the daily company needs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write short documentation and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Work Environment
The primary work environment of this position is a warehouse, which has sections that are climate controlled with a large open area that is not climate controlled. The employee is occasionally required to work in the rain to keep production running on schedule. The noise level is low to moderate.
