Position: Manufacturing - Warehouse Associate

Location: HIALEAH FL

Duration: 3 months

Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

Sunday 8:00AM-5:00 PM

Pay : $ 17/hr on W2

Schedule: Training in the morning Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00 PM;

once trained worker will transition to night shift 2nd shift (Sunday 8:00-5:00 PM) Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

Distribution Center: Cold environment 34 degrees; Freezer is at 0; dock 40 degrees.

Operating forklift; pallet jack, Operate a reach truck, Sitdown forklift. Must have forklift experience.

Heavy lifting up to 80 Ibs.

This position is a member of the location warehouse team responsible for order pulling, inbound receiving, housekeeping and other warehouse tasks. This role is also responsible for working closely with the team and supervisor to ensure all assigned tasks are done timely and accurately. The role requires excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, and consistent timely follow up.
50% order selecting, put away and scanning; 40% - Housekeeping; 10%- Other warehouse tasks. Keen sense of safety and to abide by all safety rules and regulations. Equipment operating (reach truck [certified] and pallet Jack); Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Must complete background check, drug test, and lift exam.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
