HRS is looking for smart, reliable, and dedicated Warehouse Associates who will be responsible for executing the daily operations for our logistics service offerings. You will be working with several different business units to facilitate on-time and accurate orders as well as ensure an excellent customer experience.
This is a full-time 3 month contract position, with potential to extend, located in Hoboken, NJ.
Our ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and meticulous workers who are looking to join an exciting company. You enjoy working on your feet, are a team player, and have an interest in inventory management and processing.
Responsibilities will include some or all of the following:
- Learning how to use our inventory management system to maintain meticulous records
- Learning and remembering basic details about our clients
- Unpacking returned orders from patient homes
- Assisting with sanitizing, sterilizing, and cleaning returned telehealth units
- Testing device functionality and battery life
- Packing and shipping orders
- Performing quality checks on outbound orders
- Receiving new equipment and accurately recording information
- Setting up telehealth tablets with custom HRS software
- Pairing and testing Bluetooth peripheral devices
- Resolving any arising problems or complaints
