Warehouse Associate

El Famoso is a leading e-commerce company based in Austin, Texas specializing in the management of online stores for select brands, music labels, and entertainment artists. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and using a forklift to move and transport products. Experience with shipping software (e.g. ShipHero, ShipStation, Netsuite) and proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel are preferred. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a starting pay of $17 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance. The position requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-air conditioned environment. Weekend and occasional overtime shifts may be required, particularly during peak periods such as the holidays.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (18+ years required)

1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced fulfillment environment

Basic computer skills (ability to navigate Windows or iOS devices)

Strong attention to detail and focus on physical and mental safety

Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs

Familiarity with warehouse organization conventions

Forklift experience/certification (preferred)

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
