We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at Cadence Inc. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess experience in warehouse operations, be forklift certified, and demonstrate reliability, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
Warehouse Operations:
Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Organize and maintain the warehouse space to optimize storage and accessibility. Load and unload trucks and shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Prepare orders for shipment and ensure they are properly labeled and packaged.
Shipping and Receiving:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items.
Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including creating shipping labels and documentation.
Inventory Management:
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventories.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
Ensure products are properly labeled and organized.
Report inventory discrepancies and stock shortages.
General Warehouse Duties:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Assist with general warehouse tasks, such as restocking, organizing, and inventory rotation. Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
Forklift certified with a demonstrated ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
