The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving/Shipping:
- Verify all goods delivered to the warehouse, ensuring accuracy in quantity.
- Fill out Excel spreadsheets for incoming deliveries and address any discrepancies.
- Stock deliveries onto shelves or storage and ensure completed customer orders are directed to the correct vendor with matching labels.
2. Picker:
- Accurately pick customers' orders and maintain order integrity.
- Drop off picked orders at the packer's station while keeping pick tickets together with the orders.
3. Packer:
- Double-check the accuracy of picked SKUs and determine appropriate packaging for shipment.
- Pack orders, print labels, and place finished products into the correct vendor bin.
4. Returns:
- Inspect all returns for damages and segregate damaged items into the designated bin.
- Handle dirty returns by placing them in the dry cleaning bin and update the stock system accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure proficiency in assigned tasks.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and returns processing.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
3. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any discrepancies, issues, or improvements in warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and address challenges.
4. System Proficiency:
- Master Rebdolls' systems such as Shopify, Shipstation, Loop, and Oracle to facilitate smooth operations and accurate order processing.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks.
- Ability to effectively train and mentor new team members.
- Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
