Warehouse Associate

Ink Genie is one of the leading online sellers of ink and toner cartridges in the country operating out of our warehouse in Mountainside, NJ.

We are a growing family business looking to hire enthusiastic, hard-working, and ambitious members to our team.

The Warehouse Associate job has the potential to include Shipping, Receiving, Electronic Testing/Listing and definitely includes General Warehouse Organization and Maintenance functions.

General Warehouse Organization and Maintenance include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving daily deliveries from carriers and distributing internally
• Cleaning, putting away and organizing inventory in warehouse
• Moving boxes/packages/envelopes for daily carrier pick-up
• Recycling and trash removal
• Packing, unpacking and moving pallets
• Maintaining overall wareshouse cleanliness and order
• Assisting other members of the team as needed

ShippingFunctions include, but are not limited to:

• Picking orders and entering into inventory software system
• Packing orders for shipment
• Using shipping software to label and ship outgoing orders

ReceivingFunctions include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluating products received against purchase order
• Receiving inventory into inventory software system.

Electronic Testing/Listing Functions include, but are not limited to:

• Testing and evaluating functionality of electronic equipment
• Listing products to on-line sales platforms

• Familiarity with E-commerce business processes/warehouse procedures
• Experience in an E-commerce & Warehouse environment a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: starting at $15.00 per hour

Benefits: Paid time off

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
