Job description
Schedule: Friday through Monday 8:00am - 6:30pm
Compensation:
$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Essential Job Functions:
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule
Receive and process warehouse stock products ? pick, unload, label and stage
Organize stocks and maintain inventories.
Inspect foods for defects, damages and accurate count at shipping and receiving.
Assisting and maintaining our Food Safety and HACCP programs
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standard and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Use forklift and electric pallet jacks to move loads to and from storage
Accurately scan in in-coming shipments using WMS
Pick, palletize and wrap orders
Verify Packing List, Bill of Landing, Lot #, Product Description, Flags
Maintain a clean warehouse/perform some cleaning tasks as needed
Exposure to handling seafood
Qualifications and Experience:
Pallet jack experience (1 year)
Forklift experience (1 year)
Seafood and Produce experience (Preferred)
Ability to lift up to 70 LB.
Ability to work intermittently in a cold environment (30-50 degrees Fahrenheit)
Ability to work weekends
Ability to work overtime
