Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a PREMIER employer in the San Joaquin Valley. Our client services the eCommerce industry – providing fast, safe, sustainable fulfillment and delivery. We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates for our Visalia, CA fulfillment center.
Warehouse Associate Job Summary:
- 1st and 2nd shift
- 1st shift hours 4am-12:30pm – Sunday thru Thursday
- 2nd shift hours 12pm-8:30pm – Monday thru Friday
- Pays $16.25/hr to start
- Temp to HIRE
- Climate Controlled Facility
Warehouse Associate Duties:
- Arranging products in boxes to prepare for shipment
- Arranging items safely and security
- Identifying and using correct packaging
- Use of an automated headset to physically pull inventory from shelves
- Ensure Order Accuracy
- Load/unload boxes
- Cross-train to be able to work in different areas
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability to follow direction
- Adaptable and ability to change priorities or job duties as required
- Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
