ABOUT THE ROLE

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time position, responsible for online order fulfillment for a skincare company. Throughout the day, you will support the warehouse center by picking, packaging, and shipping orders. You will also unpack large deliveries and complete work requests that are assigned by your manager.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be scheduled Monday to Friday (enjoy your weekends), with no nights, weekends, or major holidays. The warehouse is located in the Greater Toronto area.

The compensation for this role is $18.00 per hour and includes incredible benefits, paid time off, and quarterly bonuses.

KEY WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spend 40hours per week in the warehouse, dedicated to order fulfillment, inventory management, and warehouse organization/cleaning
• Complete work assignments and prioritize workload
• Conduct monthly inventory assessments to verify merchandise counts
• Promote collaboration with team members, and management, to sustain a respectful work environment.
• Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality.
• Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or warehouse setting
• Experience with Shopify order processing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and lift frequently
• Able to lift up to 20-30 pounds
