Responsibilities

Warehouse Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, loading and unloading trucks. As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for the following:

• Work in a safe manner, following all safety rules and regulations
• Accurately pull inventory from stock with use of a hand scanner
• Pick merchandise and safely transport product to the staging area
• Build pallets with orders and position them at loading docks
• Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed, wrapped, and labeled for delivery, according to SOPs and customer specifications
• Load and unload merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools/equipment
• Operate adequate warehouse machinery, hand tools, and equipment (e.g., forklift, Reach Trucks, Pallet Truck)
• Assist with Inventory Control
• Down stock product between warehouses
• Welcome and unload delivery trucks
• Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products
• Assisting with training of newly employed workers
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment
• Assume additional related responsibilities as required

Position Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse experience; experience using handheld devices is preferred
• Able to work in hot or cold conditions
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Pays close attention to detail
• Forklift Operation Certification will be considered an advantage
• Ability to lift 75-85 pounds as needed
• Ability to communicate and read labels in English
• Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
