Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to shipping requirements.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and assisting with periodic inventory audits.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space, including shelving units, aisles, and work areas.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
