Terms: 40 hours/week; overtime may be available $15 per hour

About the Role: The position works closely with the Logistics Manager, Warehouse team, Maintenance team, Guest Services Manager, Director of Operations, and Financial team.

Position Summary: The Warehouse Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the logistics and warehouse operations. This entry-level position involves various tasks related to inventory management, facility maintenance, and supporting the overall efficiency of warehouse functions.

Responsibilities: ● Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records ● Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods ● Collaborate with the Logistics Manager in coordinating facility and grounds maintenance tasks ● Provide hands-on assistance in organizing and maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse ● Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the Logistics Manager ● Contribute to the improvement of internal controls and processes

Qualifications and Experience: ● High school diploma or equivalent ● Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is a plus ● Basic understanding of inventory management ● Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ● Basic computer skills Personal Qualities: ● Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team ● Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively ● Strong work ethic and reliability ● Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances ● Positive attitude and willingness to take on various tasks as needed

Working Conditions:

The Hospitality Center site has a warehouse and various storage containers that are used for storage.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum three (3) year of full- time work experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling repair
• Conversationally fluent in Spanish and English, preferred
• Experience maintaining a variety of professional relationships
• Demonstrated skill at prompt and professional verbal and written communication
• Strong initiative
• Ability to manage and balance priorities
• Flexible; ability to adjust to changing circumstances

Additional:

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check & Drug Screening
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
