Outside Customer Service & Warehouse Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates teamwork and a positive approach to the job.
• Stocks incoming freight with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepares outgoing orders in warehouse by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area.
• Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance checklist.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining a clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• With teammates, visits customers to clean up inventory and adjust stock levels. May drive Mighty vehicle to and from locations within 1 hour drive.
• Completes reports by entering all required information.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn all aspects of the operation.
• Typical starting schedule 90% warehouse, 10% in the field adjusting customer stock or setting up new customers with teammates.
