As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in our stone fabrication facility, contributing to seamless production workflows and the excellence that defines Allied Stone.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.

· Process customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.

· Coordinate with the production team for accurate material replenishment.

· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.

· Generate and review shipping documents to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.

· Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

· Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing order status updates.

· Enforce safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proven experience in Warehouse Administration or a related role.

· Technical or vocational training in logistics or administration.

· Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

· Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials.

· Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
