The Restaurant Store, a Clark Associates company, is looking for hardworking and driven candidates to join our growing company as a Material Handler. This role focuses on accurately and efficiently preparing materials for shipment and is a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of food service professionals worldwide.
Material Handler Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining evenly layered and organized bins
- Downstocking products into primary bin locations
- Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to ensure a safe work environment (must go through our training and certification)
- Cleaning and organizing work zone
- Communicating any workplace issues or concerns with the shift supervisor
- Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the shift supervisor
- Pull warehouse stock to fulfill stock transfers to Restaurant Store locations and Consolidating orders for stores
- Meet and exceed accuracy and productivity metrics
2nd Shift Hours:
- Starting rate is $20.00/hour
- Potential raise of 0.88 cents every 6 months.
- Monday – Thursday 3:00 pm – 1:30 am
Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs
- Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs
- Must be able to constantly bend, reach, stand, squat, and twist throughout the entire shift
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have regular and predictable on-site attendance
