Ward Clerk-Part Time-Evening Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone, page calls, deliver messages to residents, take messages, 
• Maintain Daily Census Report.
• Maintain an up to date roster of residents.
• Keep copies of forms stocked and make/request copies as necessary.
• Maintain a daily employee tardy and absentee log.
• Contact employees regarding changes in work schedule upon request by nursing supervision.
• Assist in finding a replacement for an employee in the event of an absentee employee.
• Maintain a professional attitude with staff, residents, family and visitors.
• Monitor doors for entry/exit of visitors and residents.
• Answer resident call bell system.
• Document appropriately on resident Leave Of Absence forms.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by immediate supervisor.
• Refrain from the use of obscene, vulgar, or derogatory language while on duty.
• Hours 2:30pm-11:00pm; Every other weekend required
