Job Requirements:

• As a wait staff member, you'll be expected to educate our guests on the menu, guide them through their meal ordering process, and provide a memorable experience.
• It is a must that waiters and waitresses can think quickly, take problems in stride, and work well as part of a team. They should also learn the menu and continually educate themselves on specials.

• You can expect to be on your feet (5-8 hours), seating each guest, explaining the menu and ordering process, and ensuring our restaurant is clean and inviting, restroom cleaning included.
• A successful waiter/waitress will handle complaints with patience and grace.
• We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our front-of-house team as a full-time or part-time waiter/waitress.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and industry-specific safety and sanitation guidelines and best practices.
• Follow all the GMP Guidelines established in the Company Employee Handbook.
• Communicate well with Kitchen staff regarding ticket times and other necessary items.
• Wear company uniform and follow appearance guidelines provided in the Company Employee Handbook.
• Clean as-you-go.
• The ability to follow directions from an Owner.
• The ability to interact productively with co-workers.
• The ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
• The ability to receive constructive criticism in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 – 40 per week
