SalaryJoin our team as a Server/Waiter/Waitress at the Blue Gate Restaurant in Shipshewana, Indiana. A Server/Waiter/Waitress should be friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused! Daily responsibilities include:
· Explaining menus
· Offering personalized suggestions
· Taking accurate orders
· Delivering hot food promptly
· Doing side work
· Other assigned tasks
We are hiring year-round servers/waiters/waitresses to work part-time, up to four shifts per week, including Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Experienced servers make, on average, between $100 and $300 per shift. Saturdays are required! No Sundays!

Server/Waiter/Waitress Requirements:
- Must be willing and available to work on days, nights, weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), and holidays.
- Complete knowledge of the restaurant menu and understanding of the Blue Gate Hospitality properties and offerings.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Warm, welcoming personality.
- Attention to detail.
- Must follow the dress code daily.
- Actively practice teamwork.
- Multi-tasking, listening, and communication skills.
- Perform the Physical Demands – Lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop.
