Waiter/Server

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest safety
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and provide efficient service
- Use basic math skills to calculate bills, make change, and process payments
