Wait staff is responsible for table set-up, taking orders, delivering food and beverage, organization, sanitation, as well as closing of individual work station. Responsible for delivering a high degree of customer service to members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for set-up of daily, prep and organization of the dining room
- Preparation of and storage of all food and beverage items necessary for operation of dining room in adherence with quality standards
- Communicate with department head when special orders are needed or problems with food quality or presentation
- Consistent presentation and customer service standards as designated by the department head which are produced within ACC quality standards guidelines
- Service of food and beverages to members and guests
- Responsible for the daily proper financial closing of orders and cleaning duties
- Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of dining room and wait staff area
Job Requirements
- Experience with customer interaction preferred
- Outgoing personality
- Customer service oriented
- High school diploma preferred
