Barista/Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating delicious drinks, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee-based beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation and delivery
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with different types of coffee beans is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
