This Job requires Servers with a positive engergy, interact well and provide the best service and hospitality to every Casa Catrina guests. As a Server, you will be responsible. for serving tasty food and beverages. If enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

You are required to have an up to date TABC and Food Handlers Licence.

```Responsibilities```

-Welcome and greet Guests. Make all our Guests feel at home.
-Make recommendations, such as specific suggestions for drinks and appetizers.
-Answer questions about our food and beverages.
-Take food and beverage orders from Guests and enter orders in our TOAST point-of-sale system, which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.

-Check IDs

-Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to Guests in a timely matter.
-Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
-Maintain clean service areas.
-Monitor and observe Guests' dining experience. Ensure Guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
-Be ready and willing to assist fellow Servers as situations arise. Every Guest in our building is important, so it is important to help run food and drinks to other tables.
-clear and resetting tables.

-MUST BE TABC AND FOOD HANDLER CERTIFIED

```Skills```

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems

- Strong basic math skills for accurately handling payments and making change

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environments

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures

- Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and menu items

- Previous experience in serving or related roles is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2.13 - $7.25 per hour
