- Previous serving experience is required, and fine dining experience is preferred
- Knowledge of TOAST POS system is a plus
- Great people skills with the ability to handle situations professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellence
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage meal pacing accurately and efficiently
- Ability to learn and effectively communicate knowledge of service, menu, ingredients, preparations, wine, spirits, beer, etc. with guests
- Provide excellent and genuinely caring service throughout the dining experience
- Handle transactions and process payments using proper procedures
- Attention to detail and dining room awareness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure precise order delivery and timing
- Assist with events as needed
