W2 Employee Cargo/ Sprinter Van Owner/Operator - W2 Courier Driver

Quick Delivery Service, Inc. is a Chicagoland courier servicing the six county area, along with Indiana, Wisconsin, and Central Illinois. Drivers are brought on as employees, NOT independent contractors.

We are seeking drivers to start immediately. This is a great opportunity to generate a regular income. You will be driving your own vehicle as an employee of Quick Delivery, NOT a sub-contractor. We are located in Schaumburg, but you will start your day from home.

You must have your own reliable:

• Sprinter Van
• Cargo Van

Summary:

• Due to specific customer requirements, you need to be able to start no later than 8:00 AM. You can start earlier if you want to make more money.
• This position is responsible for same day package pick ups and deliveries to customers in a safe and timely manner as directed by dispatch.
• Will deliver to all of the Chicagoland area, with a significant amount of work in the city of Chicago.

Requirements:

• No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years and have a dependable larger vehicle.
• Minimum liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000/$50,000.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and possibly more on an infrequent basis.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• General knowledge of Chicagoland main roads coupled with the ability to operate a GPS.
• Need to have a hand truck, be able to spend significant time in a vehicle and work in all weather and traffic conditions.
