Qualifications and Education Requirements

Knowledge of:

• Leading and managing a team.
• Lead, define and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.
• Assess product development and enhancement opportunities.
• Create product roadmap and communicate with C-level staff and other stakeholders.
• Define product pricing to meet company and market objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategies with overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to measure Product Success.
• Possess strong technical knowledge and understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Proven experience in product management including product planning, development, and launch.
• Ability to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey the product vision, strategy, and goals to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in relevant course study (experience can substitute for education)
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience
• Preferred background with a technology start-up

Physical Demands:

Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. This is primarily a sedentary office classification although standing in work areas may be required. There may be a need to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push and pull drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull material and objects up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $120,000 to $180,000 annual salary depending on experience
