POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President, Product Commercialization, is responsible for developing, managing, and executing go-to-market strategies for Neptune’s current product portfolio and product innovation. Primary responsibilities comprise of the following key areas with respect to newly introduced and current products/solutions: driving market penetration and acceleration, sales enablement, and strengthening product value proposition to existing and prospective customers.



THE ROLE:

  • Develop the value proposition, build the GTM strategy and launch plan for existing products/solutions, including newly acquired solutions as part of a recent acquisition. Includes providing the supporting data, capabilities, features, and results to the Neptune marketing services team for the development of the pitch.
  • Responsible for identifying gaps in results/performance data for new and existing products/solutions and working with Consumer Insights to secure the data required to prove the value proposition of our products/solutions to retailers and brands.
  • Lead sales education and adoption of pitch materials to Neptune sales
  • Track and deliver business KPIs related to newly introduced Neptune products/solutions.
  • Drive thought leadership on pricing and commercial terms for newly developed products in partnership with the product and sales organizations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, and product management
  • In-depth experience and understanding of relevant market trends across the marketing services, retail media, promotions, and CPG industries.
  • A results-oriented leader able to drive results and with proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies of new and innovative products and end-to-end product strategy and delivery of scalable solutions, preferably in the retail, CPG, and marketing services industry.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset able to adjust to changing demands of market, customers, internal strategies and build partnerships across the
  • Excellent communications and influencing skillset to articulate the value of change and new strategies to the overall business goals.
  • Ability to partner well with cross-functional and multi-location
  • Willingness to travel (North America)
  • Bachelor’s degree
