Your role with us:
As a Vice President of Sales - Aftermarket for Pearson Packaging Systems, you will lead and execute the aftermarket sales strategy. You will play a pivotal role in increasing recurring revenue sales, building enduring customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the secondary packaging sector. You will direct and develop a strong team, guiding their processes and activities to achieve growing recurring revenue targets.

How you will contribute to our growth:
- Actively sell and direct all personnel, processes, and activities of recurring revenue sales to achieve revenue/margin goals and ensure continuous improvement in the quality and delivery of customer service.
- Define/Improve, document, and implement processes, procedures, and tools to provide management the ability to pro-actively view and measure all aspects of recurring revenue sales.
- Support in commercializing recurring revenue sales products and services, working closely with executive leadership and product management.
What you will need to succeed:
- Must have proven track record of leadership of a Customer Service/Sales organization.
- Must have necessary competence in business administration to foster effective management of the function
- Expertise in manufacturing industries
- Requires Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of relevant management and leadership experience
- Familiar with all aspects of the service delivery.
- Experience with using Call Tracking and/or CRM tools to generate service call metrics.
