Email Production Specialist ($28/hr)
Since its inception in 2000, the American online travel company has been offering a platform for user-generated reviews on hotels, restaurants, and attractions, featuring direct booking services. With strategic acquisitions fueling its global expansion, the company has evolved into a source of comprehensive travel information.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email and app push campaigns, utilizing marketing automation platforms to create audiences, campaign logic, and templates based on technical specifications
- Assist with translation requests, overseeing content management in multiple languages
- Thoroughly test campaigns to identify and address potential issues, ensuring teammates' work aligns with the QA process
- Generate reports on campaign success using predefined metrics and contribute to ad-hoc projects to support managers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a CRM position within a dynamic online environment (experience working with an Email Service Provider is a plus)
- Experience in Email Production within a corporate environment is preferred, with an emphasis on B2C
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Strong attention to detail is a must
