VP of Project Management - Home Services
Southern Painting, the leading residential painting company in Texas, is experiencing tremendous growth in the North Houston area and is currently accepting applications for VP of Project Management to help, service and grow our business. Candidates with successful Contractor / Home Services experience is essential for this position. Seeking individuals with experience in challenging project management environments to help Southern Painting create a system of processes for success
Compensation includes a base salary with unlimited earning potential. A company vehicle is also provided along with various communication /data management tools, such as phone, tablet, printer, etc.
Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, use to meeting deadlines & holding teammates accountable.
Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate Southern Painting’s value proposition to homeowners at pre-set appointments
- Generate additional opportunities via customer interaction
- Develop and leverage affiliate relationships and alliances
- Become a trusted Home Services expert in your area
- Manage day-to-day operations of ALL ongoing projects to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Grow & systemize procedures of on-going and future projects
Qualifications
- Customer service, project management experience is necessary
- Construction management background is mandatory
- Successful networking, prospecting experience desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team atmosphere
- Driven to succeed with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor degree is mandatory
