Vp Of Operations -Washington

NaphCare is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the VP of Operations in Washington. The candidate's residency must be in Washington state. You must have a clinical license in either nursing or mental health to be VP of Operations in the state of Washington. Our proven methods of correctional healthcare will be taught to you as you utilize our cutting-edge resources, which include our award-winning electronic operating system.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience is required. The minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree, and a master's degree is highly recommended.
Skilled in client relations, contract compliance, accreditation, and labor and cost management are necessary.
The candidate must be willing to travel to and provide support and oversight to all Washington state facilities, including on occasion, working clinical shifts to maintain skills and relevance with the team.

• Heavy travel is required occasionally to other states.
• Traveling to and supporting sites, while also launching new corporate initiatives at sites
• Traveling to and helping lead transitions of new sites.
• Directly participating in recruiting, retention, hiring, and onboarding activities to ensure sites are staffed up. Developing strong collaborative relationships with clients to pilot new programs.
• Responsible for ensuring that sites stay trained on the latest NaphCare processes and procedures.
• Review budgets and labor hours and make sure sites stay contractually compliant.
• Assurance of site compliance with NCCHC, ACA, and professional nursing standards.
• Healthcare leadership experience required, to include hospital, outpatient or correctional.
