JOB SUMMARY: Focus on creating and executing digital and broadcast strategies, in addition to referral and loyalty programs and other customer facing materials. Collaborate with the senior team to drive traffic and awareness for the Club Champion brand. Identify opportunities for growth and optimization; bring new ideas based on latest industry trends. Analyze ROI on investments to optimize the spend by program for budgeting and monthly analysis. Report on performance to goals each month. Develop and implement a Go to Market Plan for future expansion into international markets. Analyze, pilot, and implement an eCommerce platform for Club Champion products/services, gift cards, benefit rewards, and/or partner channels.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (an equivalent amount of training, education and experience will be considered)
- Education – Minimum bachelor’s degree (Master’s desired)
- Channel Experience – Print, Digital, Social media creation/buying ; Network TV, Radio, SEO/Website, Corporate & Channel partnerships, vendor co-op,
- Talent Management Leadership/Oversight – working with celebrity, social influencer, and/or local ambassadors
- Agency Experience – either internally or through partnerships
- Engaging Voice of Customer and/or Focus Group Sessions
- Minimum 15 years of experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (including competencies that may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position)
- Collaborative and flexible with a team-first attitude
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and monitor goals for teams of 10+ employees
- Proficiency managing multiple projects at once
- Strong track record of analyzing the metrics and feeding higher ROI programs appropriately, both for the budgeting process and during the course of business

- Golf passion ( at a minimum an understanding of golf) is desired
