RPI Print, the powerhouse behind Blurb and leading e-commerce brands, is seeking a visionary VP of Marketing to lead the marketing charge for our growing e-commerce and enterprise divisions. Based in Seattle, the VP of Marketing will be an integral member of the leadership team, driving aggressive and strategic growth across RPI's family of brands. You will lead the full marketing function, including brand management, online marketing, customer acquisition, retention, forecasting, advertising, promotion, analytics, public relations, and corporate communications.

In this Pivotal Leadership Role, You'll:*

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels - online and offline - to acquire, engage, and retain our ever-growing customer base, encompassing both e-commerce and enterprise segments.
• Oversee brand management, performance marketing, and public relations, maximizing RPI Print's brand equity and ensuring a top-notch customer experience across all our offerings.
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies and utilize market research and customer feedback to grow RPI's sub-brands, such as Blurb, MagCloud, RPI Print, and RPI Publisher Access.
• Leverage your expertise to significantly enhance RPI Print's performance marketing capabilities. You'll be the mastermind behind using data and customer insights to deliver targeted messaging at the perfect time.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented marketing team, attracting top talent and nurturing their growth to unleash their full potential.
• Partner closely with the leadership team, including the VP of Technology, VP of Product & User Experience, and CEO, to drive the overall success of the e-commerce and enterprise businesses, including our international presence.

Are You the Marketing Leader We're Looking For?*

• You are a results-oriented marketing leader with 10+ years of experience, including experience at the Director and/or VP level, preferably in a SaaS, manufacturing, or e-commerce business.
• You have a passion for storytelling, print, and/or photography, and possess a strong understanding of these market segments.
• You have a proven track record of success in performance marketing, ideally within a digital environment. Your experience demonstrates a keen ability to translate data insights into impactful marketing strategies utilizing marketing automation tools to optimize the customer journey.
• You are a data-driven decision maker with a deep understanding of how to leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• You're a creative powerhouse with a knack for crafting compelling brand narratives that resonate with customers and drive engagement.
• You possess a relentless drive for innovation and a commitment to constantly testing and refining marketing strategies employing an omnichannel marketing approach when appropriate.
• You're a collaborative and inspiring leader with exceptional communication skills. You thrive in a team environment and have the ability to motivate and empower others.
• You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

Pay: $220,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
